Traceability
We keep all quality records in our files for six years. The batch documentation includes:
- Manufacturing order, including batch # on raw material used.
- Quality records from production, i.e. control chart (OD) from Zumbach in-line measurements, productions orders and other documented measurements.
- Samples of the raw material.
- Samples of the tubing.
- Test Report with measurements.
- Certificate of Conformance (CoC).
This gives us full traceability on raw material, process parameters and product control for each can, bag or spool of tubing. We are always open to discussion if our customers have special requirements.
